District Commissioner: Kat Winters
The DC is proposed by the Club Sponsors (see definition below) of the club, and then appointed by the Regional Supervisor. The DC represents their club at the Region and has the ultimate responsibility for the operations of the club. The Joint-DCs work closely with the DC to administer the club for their appointed terms.

Joint-District Commissioner(s): Carolyn Schofield
The Joint DCs are proposed by the Club Sponsors of the club, and then appointed by the Regional Supervisor. The Joint-DCs work closely with the DC to administer the club for their appointed terms.

Treasurer: Beth Bowers
The Club Sponsors directly elect a Treasure who manages all income and expenditures, prepares financial statements and periodic analysis of the club's balance sheet.

Secretary: Vicki Smith
The Club Sponsors directly elect a Secretary. The secretary is responsible for giving notice to all Club meetings, recording and filing the minutes of Sponsors meetings, determine the presence of a quorum at Sponsors meetings, and performing other assigned duties.

Club Sponsors:
Those individuals who are allowed to vote in club elections and other financial and organizational issued relating to the club. All parents and the Horsemaster liaison automatically qualify as a Club Sponsor given that they pay the sponsor fee of $1.00 annually. Horsemaster members and other interested individuals who have been approved by the DC are also encouraged to be Sponsors.
